My my name is Naz and I am the coordinator of Synergy Yoga. Please feel free to ask me any questions you would like. I am excited to support you on your journey through the series of classes we offer.
V-Flow (Vinyasa Flow): With her emphasis on power and breath, Synergy’s yoga coordinator and certified yoga instructor Naz, known for her signature style will lead you through this class offering a more vigorous practice.
Yoga Nidra/TSY (Trauma Sensitive Yoga): Certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Instructor and Reiki practitioner Rosanne Shea will lead you through a unique Guided Meditation found only at Synergy. Ideal for first responders, veterans, or anyone suffering from stress and looking to improve their mental wellbeing.
S&R (Stretch and Relax): Guided by gentle instruction and soft music, Synergy’s yoga coordinator and certified yoga instructor Naz, will guide you through this one hour full body traditional stretch class allowing you to find space within the body seeking a more tranquil self.
