In addition, the use of a cookie on our Website will enable users to log on without having to re-enter their password on each visit and to fully interact with our Website. Cookies placed by Synergy Health’s Website are not tied to any personally identifiable information.

To keep track of cart data, WooCommerce makes use of 3 cookies:
- woocommerce_cart_hash
- woocommerce_items_in_cart
- wp_woocommerce_session_
The first two cookies contain information about the cart as a whole and helps WooCommerce know when the cart data changes. The final cookie (wp_woocommerce_session_) contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer.
No personal information is stored within these cookies.
Hosting & Payment
Our Website is hosted by Northern Telecom (“NT”). They provide us with the cloud infrastructure to host our Website and e-commerce store.
Your data is stored through Northern Telecom (data storage and databases). These are stored on a secure server behind a firewall. We regularly monitor and scan our site for any potential viruses and malware Threats.
We accept payments through Elavon (“Elavon”). When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Elavon, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Elavon employs robust bank-level security and ultra-modern cryptography. Their platform is purpose-built to withstand worldwide compliance regulations.
We use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies from third-party partners such as Google for measurement services, and for marketing purposes. We anonymize the IP addresses processed by Google Analytics.
Our e-commerce platform is provided by the WooCommerce plugin. WooCommerce never stores card details. Payment gateways also never store more than 4 digits of a card number if storing payment tokens for re-use. Any Card details are saved on Elavon servers and not on www.synergyhealthservices.ca
Third Party Advertising
Other websites display retargeted ads to our Website, on our behalf, across the Internet by the use of the services of advertising partners who collect non-personally identifiable information about your visits to our Website, and your interaction with our products and services. The anonymous information is collected through the use of a pixel tag which is industry standard technology used by most major websites. No personally identifiable information is collected during this process. If you do not want the advertising partners of Synergy Health to collect this information, you may opt out of their services. Opting out will not affect your use of our Website.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Synergy Health owns and operates the Website and we are the sole owner of the information collected through the Website.

We use an outside shipping provider such as Canada Post or other couriers to ship orders placed on our Website. When a user signs up for these services, we will share the user’s name or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services to the use.
